Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026

By downloading or using CrossReel you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These Terms also include the End User License Agreement (EULA) below.

1. The service

CrossReel takes a link to a short video you share and tries to find the same content on another platform (TikTok, Instagram or YouTube Shorts), copying it or showing you options. The result is an estimate: we don't guarantee that an equivalent exists, or that the match is always correct, because it depends on third-party data and availability we don't control.

2. Third-party content

CrossReel does not host, own or claim rights over the videos. All videos, trademarks and content belong to their respective creators and platforms. The app only helps you locate a public link; your use of that content is your responsibility and subject to each platform's terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the app to infringe copyright or third-party rights; (b) automate, resell or abuse the service; (c) attempt to bypass usage limits, security or integrity checks; (d) use the app for unlawful purposes. We may limit or suspend access in case of abusive use.

4. Accounts

You can use the app anonymously or sign in with Apple or Google to carry your limit and plan across devices. You're responsible for your account's activity. You can delete your account at any time from the app.

5. Pro subscription (in-app purchase)

6. Changes to the service and prices

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. If we change a subscription price, we'll notify you as required by Apple and applicable law; changes don't affect the period already paid.

7. No warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee accuracy, continuous availability, or that a video has an equivalent on another platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, warranties, liability) will remain in effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the service owner's place of residence, without prejudice to the consumer-protection rights your country grants you.
